Allodia

Terms.

Updated September 27, 2026

These terms govern use of allodiacommerce.com. A paid Allodia project is governed by its separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these website terms.

Website and demonstrations

The site provides information and draft previews. A preview is not a live storefront, offer, migration, publication, or guarantee of final design. Nothing is changed on a third-party marketplace through the public demo.

Your material

You may submit only URLs, files, images, copy, data, and other material you own or are authorized to use. You retain ownership of your material. You grant Allodia the limited permission needed to process it for the preview or service you request.

Seller approval

Suggested titles, classifications, factual corrections, crops, and designs remain drafts until approved. Sellers remain responsible for product accuracy, rights, pricing, taxes, fulfillment, safety, and legal compliance.

Third-party services

Marketplaces, payment processors, hosts, carriers, and other services operate under their own terms and may change or discontinue access. Allodia is not affiliated with or endorsed by Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Meta, Shopify, or other third-party platforms unless expressly stated.

Pricing and results

Website pricing summaries are informational. Project scope, fees, deliverables, ownership, support, and termination rights are defined in the signed agreement. Allodia does not guarantee sales, profit, traffic, search rankings, or marketplace access.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, probe or disrupt its systems, submit unlawful or infringing material, impersonate another person or business, or use automated access beyond interfaces Allodia expressly provides.

Hosting, software and handover

Allodia’s launch offer uses Allodia-managed hosting with required monthly care, priced and scoped in the project agreement. Bring-your-own hosting is not a launch option. The merchant retains their domain, business records and original media.

Our planned handover provides a working standard store for compatible hosting, with a continuing license to run the delivered version. That license does not transfer ownership of Allodia’s reusable software or include future updates and support. Third-party licenses still apply. Independent deployment is being validated before customer launch; this website demonstration does not establish that capability.

Paired Media by Allodia is a proprietary, separately licensed feature. The standard-store handover excludes Paired Media, its private processing and authoring tools, and service access. Original photos and videos remain available through a conventional gallery. The project agreement must define the license term, cancellation, handover timing and any migration assistance before work begins.

Allodia intellectual property

The Allodia name, mark, site, software, and original demonstration materials belong to Allodia or its licensors. These website terms grant only the limited right to use this website as intended. A paid project’s separate agreement defines the merchant’s continuing license to the delivered standard store and the separate Paired Media license.

Disclaimer and liability

The website and previews are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Allodia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of this informational website.

Law, changes, and contact

These website terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update them as the site changes. Questions may be sent to hello@allodiacommerce.com.
